Firstly, we book in a ‘discovery’ call where we have a quick chat to learn a bit about yourself and your current situation to see if we may be able to assist. If we both feel we are a good fit to work together we can then tee up a meeting to discuss our services further and start putting a plan together based on your requirements.

Full Service

  • Conducting research across targeted suburbs as per property brief
  • Evaluating and inspecting potential properties that meet brief
  • Negotiating best price/terms based on market research and data
  • Coordinating Offer & Acceptance
  • Coordinating all due dilligence inc building/pest inspections, strata reports, etc..(additional fees payable)
  • Liaising with conveyancers through settlement process and attending pre-settlement inspections
  • Full support from A-Z

Negotiation

  • You research and identify potential properties to make offer on
  • We conduct research to determine true market value and handle all negotiations on your behalf
  • Often a successful negotiation can secure a property prior to going to market or Auction

Auction Bidding

  • Fixed service fee
  • Identify property and complete all due diligence prior to auction
  • Detailed pre-auction briefing regarding strategy and budget
  • Bidding on your behalf on auction day
  • Assistance with contract signing and deposit payment should you be the winning bidder
  • Post-auction debriefing to help you feel comfortable and at ease

PLEASE NOTE:

You must have finance pre-approval in place prior to service commencement to ensure we can act quickly when a suitable property arises (we can recommend some mortgage brokers if required)
